Quality Control at all levels via Sparrow ERP

Quality control at all levels not only increases the level of quality of the product but also saves time and cost of manufacturing that arises out of rework and repair work. Therefore doing regular inspections during the production process benefits in general.

Sparrow ERP has a flexible inspection module that allows you to create a master checklist for different purposes; those checklist then can be linked to individual operation in a routing.
When a manufacturing order is started, the inspection linked with a routing step (operation) will automatically enforce the Quality Control checklist.

Just like linking the checklist with routing steps automatically enforces inspection, linking a checklist with a purchase receipt can also enforce quality inspection at the time of purchase goods receipt.
